There are several ways to remain connected to the Borough of Glen Rock and get timely notifications on borough news, emergency alerts and police department notices. Glen Rock's Mayor, Town Council, Police Department and Administration are asking all residents to sign up for online communications and notifications.  Each of the three resources below offer a means of alerting and updating necessary information to residents and businesses. 

 

  The Glen Rock Police Department understands the importance of social media and would like to take advantage of its extensive reach it provides.  Recently, the Police Dept. started a Facebook page and a Twitter account to update residents and the general public on current news and updates.   Click on the icon to learn more.

 

   The Glen Rock Police will continue it's traditional posting of it's Press Releases.  Click on the icon to get the latest in newspaper and media releases provided directly from the police department.

 

   The Glen Rock Police Department, like thousands of other municipalities and government agencies, is now posting alerts and updates through a service called Nixle. Messages about traffic advisories, crime alerts, and more are sent via text message and/or email. In addition, Nixle posts the alerts on the web. Residents may register for Nixle by clicking on the button below.  Nixle is a innovative technologies for the public safety sector, the government sector, and the commercial sector. These unique communications solutions are in the area of public and internal real-time messaging.
